Password Reset
If you are having difficulty signing up to the web portal with your email address because it was already registered with Schneider Electric, reset your password to regain access to your account:
1 . Visit the web portal login page.
2 . Click Forgot your password?
3 . Enter the email address you used to create your Schneider Electric account.
4 . Select the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox to complete the security check.
5 . Click Reset Password
6 . Check your email account for the password reset email, and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
