Severity: Critical
There have been no network communications between the web portal and the UPS for more than 17 minutes.
Action:
Check that the network cable is connected to the SmartConnect Ethernet port of the UPS.
Check that the network cable is connected to a network switch, and make sure that the network switch has an active internet connection.
Ensure that SmartConnect access is enabled on your UPS. This can be manually enabled via the UPS device’s LCD screen. For more information, consult your UPS manual. Your UPS manual can be viewed in the Documents section in the UPS Status page.
