Sign Up
A Schneider Electric account provides remote UPS management, real time UPS monitoring and advanced technical support for your SmartConnect-compatible UPS devices.
NOTE: If you already have an account on partner.schneider-electric.com, you can log in to the web portal using those credentials.
To get a Schneider Electric account:
1 . Visit smartconnect.apc.com and select Sign Up.
2 . On the Register page, enter your:
Email address to which the web portal will send a confirmation email
Name (First and Last)
Password:
The password must be at least 8 characters in length.
The password cannot contain your first name or last name.
The password must use at least 3 of four character types: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
You cannot reuse your last password.
Location
Click Next.
3 . On the next Register page, enter your:
Company Name*
Business Type*
Area of Focus
Industry Segment
Address*
City*
Zip Code*
Location*
State/Province*
*required fields
4 . Review the SE privacy notice and policy.
5 . You can also opt to receive product information and promotional materials from Schneider Electric by selecting the ‘Yes’ radio button.
6 . Select the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox to complete the security check.
7 . Click on Register to complete registration.
8 . The Verify your account page will appear with spaces to add a 6-digit code.
9 . Verify that a confirmation email was sent to the email address specified in step 2. Enter the 6-digit code from the confirmation email in the Verify your account page. See Sign Up Issues to troubleshoot account registration issues.
Once your code is verified, you will be asked if you want to enable Two-Factor Authentication or not. You can log in to the web portal with the email address and password used during Sign Up.
